|Recommended: YesIts Pretty Cool — Its nice and quite. Apartment itself is pretty nice for one person. Couples can be kind of tight if wanting a one bedroom.
|Recommended: YesParking Problem In Sorano Terrace... — Overall, great community. Only problem in my area, excessive parking taken up by residents from across the street. They park multiple cars work vehicles daily. I have photos of all of them in case I get backed into. I had to walk from the main center lot to Hermosa with arms full of bags in the pouring rain last week, because the entire lot was completely full of extra cars. Please require a resident tags and maybe 1 guest. Also, when exiting Sorano, people still park in the RED zone overnight and block the view of traffic when we are trying to get to work in the morning.

|Recommended: YesRelaxing Community — The community it relaxing and relatively quite with the occasional noise from a neighbor which is to be expected. I feel safe walking alone within the community and has never met a staff member that's given me a difficult time.
|Recommended: YesGreat Staff — The staff is great My neighbors suck though, and security is non-exsistant.
|Recommended: YesVery Pleasant Place To Live — The Terraces was our first home and we love it The residence here are very friendly. Office staff is very professional and are there when you need them. Anytime we had a question is was addressed immediately. Nicole is AWESOME They have an amazing maintenance staff who will do whatever it takes to fix your problem My family and I love everything about this place. Highly recommend living here.

|Recommended: YesComfortable — I've lived in the terraces for about a year now, the neighborhood is still with very polite and sweet people and is always kept beautiful The staff in the office are the sweetest ladies in the world and are always willing to go the extra mile to answer any questions and be of service
|Recommended: YesTerrace Apartments — I am coming up on my year stay at the terrace apartments and I can not complain. Going to renew my lease for another year The office staff is so friendly and welcoming and when you need maintenance to come and fix a problem they usually coming within an hour no matter how big or small your problem is.
