Its perfect size for the both of us. We love the city and we ve had a great experience. As we searched for a new place, it was the greatest price we found in this area and we are thankful everything worked out.

|Recommended: YesMy Quaint Home — I ve lived here just over 3 years, and I have never had any problems here. My kid and I are kinda rowdy w/ our dog, but our neighbors think its cute and we get along very well. I hope there will be many more years to go.
|Recommended: YesLove It Here! — I have only lived in this complex for a few months and I love it! The staff is very friendly and understanding and maintenance is quick to fix issues. There are no assigned parking spots, but many open spots! The complex is quiet, and I feel safe letting my 4 year old play outside with neighbor children. I would definitely recommend The Terrace Apartments to friends and family! )

|Recommended: YesNice Place To Live — I moved from northern California and have been living here for over 2 1/2 years. It is quite for the most part (weekdays, weekends, day time, night time). Parking is great and never an issue, even when you have guest. Security team is very attentive and the office staff is great. The maintenance team is wonderful. I m so grateful they have computers, copy machine and fax machine to use when I need it. It has been a pleasure living here.

It s a nice and peaceful environment in the section that I live in. It s also nice to have the amenities such as the basketball, tennis courts and fitness center which I enjoy using. It s been a positive experience for me.
