|Recommended: YesTerrace Apartments — The Terrace Apartments is the best home community to live due to the friendly office staff who make my family and I feel at home in their beautiful home community. The maintenance staff are also great and professional at completing their work orders when I have called for service . They are friendly and polite when I say , Hello when they drive by on their work carts. The laundry rooms, the swimming pool , and barbecues are very good for my family to use and have here on the property. So a special thank You to office Manager Maribel , Baudella Jessica , Char, and the rest of the Terrace Apartments Staff . From, Robert Moreno

|Recommended: YesWonderful Place To Live — Great place to live. I ve lived here for over 2 years. I love the fact that it has open parking, which is good for when you have visitors. The grounds are kept clean, laundry rooms are available, maintenance staff is great and I appreciate that the office is open 7 days a week. I live on the main street, so traffic noise is only noticeable when people come back from work. Security is seen on ground during the night. The gym has clean equipment. Overall, I enjoy living here and recommend it to friends.

|Recommended: YesResident — I ve lived at the Terrace apts just over two years. For the most part I enjoy living here. Parking s great, most of the time it s quiet occasionally we have a neighbor or two who forget not everyone have the same schedule they have. Still the noise doesn t last very long, I guess security eventually makes the rounds. The grounds are very well kept and the buildings are maintained, even though we have some residents who still don t understand, part of having a nice place to live, is a part of every ones responsibility. Maintenance is great, the response is very quick. As others have mentioned, there are way too many spiders and ants this year. The first year I didn t see any. The staff is always great, very prompt, and friendly. Overall, I would recommend living here.
