|Recommended: YesPleasant, Peaceful Great Neighbors — I enjoy living at my apartment, I am picky about noise, who s my neighbor and safety. I enjoy coming home and I feel safe. All of my neighbors respect each others noise levels and privacy. The apartments are like no other, no one lives above you( that in itself is great). It s less than most rental apts around. No complaints. I m always recommending people to these apartments. The lease flexibility is great for everyone. They allow dogs which is great. Overall, I enjoy my little apartment! Thanks Fir Terrace for making it a pleasant place to call home!

Its perfect size for the both of us. We love the city and we ve had a great experience. As we searched for a new place, it was the greatest price we found in this area and we are thankful everything worked out.

The staff is amazing especially Omar. Any time we see him coming to help us with any issues that we may have, is attentive, quick to resolve any issue and keen attention to detail.
