|Recommended: YesMy Quaint Home — I ve lived here just over 3 years, and I have never had any problems here. My kid and I are kinda rowdy w/ our dog, but our neighbors think its cute and we get along very well. I hope there will be many more years to go.
|Recommended: YesLove It Here! — I have only lived in this complex for a few months and I love it! The staff is very friendly and understanding and maintenance is quick to fix issues. There are no assigned parking spots, but many open spots! The complex is quiet, and I feel safe letting my 4 year old play outside with neighbor children. I would definitely recommend The Terrace Apartments to friends and family! )

|Recommended: YesEnjoy The Placer Terrace Community, This Is A Good Place To Call Home. — Placer Terrace is a nice place to live. I like the quick response to issues like noise, maintenance, and package pickups. Plenty of parking, most areas of the grounds are well maintained, it seems as though some parts not exposed to outside view, could use some care. Carpet, tiles, and counter tops, sinks, and bathtub have material that is hard to keep up. My apartment cools off quickly in the summer, and heats up well in the winter. I love the layout of the complex and not having anyone above or below me. Would be nice not to have to share water bill. Too many residents tend to move in more people and still pay for just one or two tenants. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Enjoy having all of the amenities and being close to everything. Love the news letter each month. Great tips, calendar of events, movie updates, recipes, and more.

|Recommended: YesNice Place To Live — I moved from northern California and have been living here for over 2 1/2 years. It is quite for the most part (weekdays, weekends, day time, night time). Parking is great and never an issue, even when you have guest. Security team is very attentive and the office staff is great. The maintenance team is wonderful. I m so grateful they have computers, copy machine and fax machine to use when I need it. It has been a pleasure living here.

|Recommended: YesIt S Awesome!! — I feel comfortable in terms of security. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. The rental office staff are so great, they re kind, helpful as well as maintenance people. The laundryroom access is so close which means makes me comfortable to go to do my laundry.
|Recommended: YesGreat Location. Air Conditioning Needs Lots Of Work — Its typically quiet. The staff is very friendly and efficient. You run into your lower class folk from time to time. I believe its because Terrace allows Section 8 Housing. Thus the allowed smoking, which I despise. Overall I feel safe, but I have my moments when I don t based on the younger males that I see hanging around from time to time.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live, Clean And Aesthetically Pleasing Environment With Pleasant And Professional Staff. — It has been a great experience for me thus far and that is why I have been here for about 10 years or so. It s a nice and peaceful environment in the section that I live in. It s also nice to have the amenities such as the basketball, tennis courts and fitness center which I enjoy using. It s been a positive experience for me.
