|Recommended: YesAmazing Place — We have been here for just 4 months and couldn’t be more happy. Applying was smooth, and straightforward. Moving in was a breeze considering the ample parking proximity of Parking to units. The units themselves have a great layout which gives a “home” feeling. The amenities are wonderful, the grounds are always kept up, and if you have any issues management maintenance are just about as fast as you can get for any apartment. Family and very pet friendly is also a HUGE plus.
|Recommended: YesComfortable And Cozy Small Place — Been here for almost 4 years have not had a problem with neighbors Plumbing heating air conditioning for staff free carpet cleanings annually a little pricey for the size of the apartment but a nice environment.

The staff is wonderful and all my maintenance issues are always addressed and taken care of as soon as they are called. The grounds are well kept and they have resident appreciation nights every month.I love living here

|Recommended: Yes1Bed, 1 Bath — Insulation isn't the greatest, especially in the bathroom, its usually a constant 90F for whatever reason, the bedroom is the second hottest room even with another AC unit running. The paint plaster in bathtub chipped off easily and spiders constantly find their way into the apartment. Other then those things it's a quiet neighborhood.

|Recommended: YesHappy Terrace — I've been a resident here for 2 years now and I honestly cant complain about much. This is a great starter apartment for a single person or couple. Fairly priced for the amenities available. Ladies, 3 words, WALK-IN- CLOSET If you are ok with non central AC, this complex will be perfect for you. MY biggest hurdle is my BIG DOG, the Terraces welcomed him and they have a really nice dog park. I can't thank Maribel enough for all of her help during the last 2 years here. She has handled every situation with professionalism and kindness. She never DIDN'T take my call or respond to my many emails about concerns or FYI's. Maintenance is on point with requests as well, Security has been beefed up and is VERY present. My only non-5 star is the parking, which around my unit was used by the condos across the street. The Terraces does not yet have parking permits or marked spaces so there is always somewhere but might be a little ways from your apartment. Thanks for 2 great years Maribel

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live, Love The Landscape — Great place to live with scenic parks to walk through and great community amenities. Staff is always super supportive, and maintenance and groundskeeping are both on point. It's a pain having to do laundry with quarters, I wish they'd move to a card point system, but all in all laundry facilities are great.
My only thing against it is the small size of the apartment and the lack of central cooling. The bedroom can get kind of warm with the old wall mounted AC being in the living room, and air doesn't circulate into the bedroom that well.
The kitchen is small but functional. It'd be nice if there was just a little more counter-space and maybe some room for a dishwasher though.
All in all, I'm very satisfied with the place.

|Recommended: YesLove The Amenities — Has been great living here the past 8 months . My favorite time here was during Christmas season this place feels joyful Many residents put up decorations that just bring a happy mood to the atmosphere. During my time here I have really enjoyed the gym, pool, and business center. Parking is great The scenery also is wonderful. Living here has been peaceful overall.
