|Recommended: YesLove The Complex, Everything Is Right At Your Finger Tips, Literally — I have already suggested to others how much I love the terraces complex, it represents a home type enviorment, safe to walk your fur babies I think this is such a BLESSING to have a place to bring your Fur babies, I mean in ensence we ALL are creatures of GOD and our pets need a safe enviorment to live as Humans, you all will be BLESSED, I am so gratefull to be here, you, Marbell, and your staff are truly appreaciated, alwalys smiles, and this, to me, is a warm way to great your community. |Recommended: YesI Love Living Here I Think It's A Beautiful Place My Only Complaint Is The Trash I Fell It Needs To Be Picked Up More Than Once It's Overflowing It's An Eyesore It's Gross — I always tell everybody how safe I feel here and everybody always compliments on what a beautiful landscaping location it is

|Recommended: YesGreat Location, Lovely Staff, Extremely Loud Neighbors. — It's a beautiful area with such amazing staff. We feel cared for here and feel as though we are actually important. We would recommend living here to friends and family. Our only issues are extremely loud neighbors and that the trash piles up people dig through it and make a mess.

|Recommended: YesGreat Location Beautiful Landscaping With Potential For Great Amenities. — The view of the mountains from the apartment is breathtaking Some units need updating but they do well to renovate when possible. Friendly and always helpful office and maintenance staff. One take away is the laundry facilities they need new washing and drying machines ASAP.

|Recommended: YesI Have Loved This Apartment — I have really loved Arrow Terrace. It is perfect for my partner and I and we have made this place our home. Our neighbors have always been great and friendly, staff is helpful and really friendly whenever we go into the office, the staff also do a lot of events for the Terrace community during holidays, when we have had maintenance requests they are always quick to come check it out, and overall have made this a pleasant place to live.
